Hanzawa Naoki. double payback, please.

Salam.

a couple of weeks ago, i saw a tweet by Tokyograph that mentioned something like "Hanzawa Naoki rating: 35.9%".

fyi, Tokyograph is something like a source that provide my Japanese entertainment news. so, when i saw that tweet, i was like "oh. a Japanese drama with that kind of rating. must be that long historical Japanese drama".

still, i googled it. i am having a pretty long holiday right now. some 50 episodes drama won't be a problem for me.

i was wrong. it wasn't a historical drama. it was a modern drama. to make things interesting, it was a drama about a banker's life. the synopsis wasn't really interesting. something like a banker was wrongly accused for passing a 500million yen loan to an almost bankrupt company.

i was a science student. economic or financial stuff is not my interest. i don't like banks. they hate my ATM cards. so i wasn't really interested in watching that drama.

however, as i said before, i have a pretty long holiday. the drama only had 10 episodes. i didn't think it'd give me any harm tho.

so i downloaded the drama.

i watched the 1st episode.

then the 2nd one.....

then the 3rd one..........

then i realized that it was actually an ONGOING drama.

i immediately checked dramawiki. they only have one episode left.
i checked the subs at d-addicts. they already subbed the 9th episode.

and then i realized. i don't think i can wait for the next episode if i watch the 9th episode. so, i thought, maybe i should just watched until the 5th episode and wait patiently for episode 10.

i ended up watching the drama until the 6th episode. then i stop.

i checked dramawiki again. i looked at the broadcast day: "Sunday". i was like "my goodness. i have to wait next week!!"

then i realized, "today (the day when i started watching) is Sunday".

so i checked the d-addicts that always release the drama torrent. apparently, the 9th episode was shown on the previous week. so, imagine my feeling when i found out that the 10th episode was already released in Japan (on that day). i was like "I WILL WAIT UNTIL THE SUB COMES OUT!!"

so i waited.

i waited for 5 days. the subs for the episode 10, the finale, finally released.

so i watched episode 7 that i had left off few days ago, until episode 10.........

the feeling.
i do not know how to explain it perfectly.
 
THE DRAMA IS SO SO SO GOOOOOOOOD!!!! BRILLIANT! JUST BRILLIANT!
from the start till finish, the drama is just brilliant. never fail to make me disappointed. just brilliant! so so so good.

i have to say,  this is the best drama i ever watched. the last time that i had this kind of feeling was when i watched Deep Rooted Tree. but Hanzawa Naoki is more fast-paced but with a better ending.

that ending was so dramatic, it just makes me want to wait for season 2 even though there is no announcement about it. it was just so so so good. they have to make a season 2. they have to!!!

too many positives about this drama. i like that they show the lifestyle of a banker, which i only know as the person who always took RM20 whenever i had to replace my card even though it was never my fault. but this drama makes me respect bankers more, therefore, i forgive you, CIMB.

and i also like Sakai Masato and Aya Ueto as a married couple. them being a couple that oozes plenty of sweetness show that marriage is not really about trusting each other, but it is also about understand each other's life and accept the fact that 'my partner's life is also my life'.

anyway, please watch this drama, people!

if you don't like it, it just mean that you are so lazy to understand financial terms.

i start to like him when he acted in Galileo as this.......

or maybe i started to like him when he appeared in Music Station to promote Milk Tea. and you know what, Milk Tea is very very nice song. EVEN MICKY YOOCHUN LOVES THAT SONG AND ALSO THIS GUY!! he even tried to say "Hontoni Momoshiro~~" cos that's what Yukawa Manabu(Fukuyama Masaharu's character in Galileo)  trademark words. aha.

Hontoni Momoshiro= Very very interesting. (correct me if i'm wrong.but i don't think i'm wrong)

anyway, why i spazz about him, now,after years of no news about this man?

it's because of this:

RYOMA DEN.

it's a taiga drama, which also means, a Japanese historical drama. so you can expect Samurai, Katana(japanese sword), Shogun, and Kimono.....

oh well, just expect Samurai. cos this drama mostly about the life of Sakamoto Ryoma, a Japanese legend who was a low ranked samurai and became one of the legendary man in Japanese history.

oh. Sakamoto Ryoma is a REAL person. check wikipedia to know more about this great person.

back to the main thing.

as you all know, i really am a fan of Japanese history. i really am interested in samurai stuff, and when i found out that Fukuyama Masaharu acts in a taiga drama, i was like "YOU!WHAT?!?YOU!REALLY?!?!" . seriously, i was insane!

to expect Fukuyama Masaharu in an old japanese clothes......

....with katana at his side, .....showing his cool macho side, .....

no way i'll miss that.

and so i started to watch Ryoma Den yesterday, and for now, this drama has 2 seasons. currently, i'm at episode 7 in Season 1. 

and luckily, i know where my priorities lie. and thanks to Sakamoto Ryoma for that. cos this drama inspired me and make me realize, "you maybe have that fear of thinking you are wasting your time for doing that, but you must realize, what's the first reason you live for"

and yeah, i realize :)

so now, i have to sleep.

been watching this certain drama called JIN. and i have another 2 episodes to finish it.harhar.

i'll talk about that drama AFTER i finish watching it, which by then, i'll be very2 sad cos Minakata Jin is really cool as that modern doctor in Edo era even though he loves to cry so much. and Ayase Haruka is very very cute!!!!!

still, in all dramas that she act, i only love her in Mr Brain and JIN. she looks nice in both dramas.haha.

i was thinking of blogging about this French movie that i watched last Friday called Amelie, but i talked too much about JIN that it'll be inappropriate of me to convert the Japanese to French.

so yeah~~~ i'll talk about JIN. hahahaha.

it's about a modern day doctor goes back to the Edo period. 

and i know some of you only know about Bujang Lapok and Princess Hours, so i'll tell you what is Edo period. Edo period is the time before Tokyo was formed. Edo is the old name of Tokyo. get it? and to add to your knowledge, Edo period is also called Tokugawa period. Tokugawa is the shogun(kinda like the emperor) that lead Japan at that time.

to make it easier, it's the era where Samurai X exist(which maybe not entirely true cos that anime cross around Meiji period(period after Edo) but you get the drill then. Samurai, Katana, Geisha, The Last Samurai)

before that, i wanna remind you that Edo period is around 1603-1868.

anyway, back to the synopsis.

the modern day doctor is called Minakata Jin. cos of some incidents, he suddenly goes back to the Edo period. bcos the medical technology at that time is not that advance, people kinda shocked when he treat patients with sugery and all. so when people around that time saw him drilled someone's skull, people were like "YOU WANT TO KILL MY SON!!!!!!!" or when he treat someone's stomach and he had to cut it to see their inside,people will shout "YOU WANT TO PERFORM HARAKIRI ON HIM!!!"

so people were kinda clueless at that time.

and because this Minakata Jin performed this kind of procedure, he kinda change the history. cos most of the medical skills that he performed were not exist at that time.

and that's all.

for your info, i love Japanese and Chinese history. i don't really care much about the Malay history. i have my reasons on that, and you don't need to know it. but i love my Malay tradition,so don't you worry or call me "KACANG LUPAKAN KULIT" or "TAK BERHATI PERUT PUNYA MELAYU"

and oh, this drama also show the life of prostitutes during that period. it was kinda interesting. i love that the prostitutes also have their own rank. that shows women are respected even though they already sell themselves.weird,i know,but sometimes, high class prostitutes are respected more than the man's own wife,don't you think?

bon odori

last night went to bon odori!!!hoho...bloody fun!

went with liyana and my sis...liyana's dad sent us...and when we arrived,it was packed with people....took many free fans...and then...we went to the field,where many people were dancing to the traditional japanese songs....i only joined for like 2-3 minutes only...then went to the japanese booth where many japanese food sold....saw the cream puff price...heck,last year was only rm10...and now they increase it to RM20 for 5 pieces,kidding me aite?...and while looking at the booth,naniko called me......


naniko is my internet friend,and we planned to meet at the bon odori...
i never met her before..and last night,we met....and yeah,we clicked immediately!...ahah..!...
liyana said she salute me in this meeting with people cos i'm brave to meet someone i dunno...


so continue back to the bon odori...


we met naniko..nice girl she is..~..hoho...and then...went to japanese booth....wanted to buy the takoyaki...the que was too long...so we planned to que later or maybe never...nway,before that,both me and naniko saw these girls,they have these kamenashi kazuya's and yamapi's fans with them...and both me and naniko looked at each other,and we're like nearly shriek cos saw something like that in front of us and we thought maybe someone sell the fans in that festival...so we search for it...and we found nothing...and then,we went to this booth that sold japanese ice-cream...naniko bought for me chocolate ice-cream and hers strawberry...i tasted a lil bit of naniko's ice-cream,it was good...my ice-cream taste like crap,something like daki...ahah~


then went to liyana who we left cos she qued for the takoyaki....and there this booth near us that sold fruits + choc topping...and lucky it was only RM1...liyana and naniko bought it...naniko also bought strawberry + choc....the strawberry taste very2 masam...~...ahah..


and then..i told liyana that her line wasn't moving;the length was the same from where we left her and all....she said the line really shorten,but in the end,she gave up...


and then,we met my sis who left her friend....and both me and my sis told liyana and naniko that they could join the dance while me and my sis que for the takoyaki...cos we really wanted to eat the japanese crap~...and after the long que,unlike liyana,both of us got what we wanted...


and then...saw liyana and naniko picnic-ed on the grass,waiting for us...and near us,got this japanese family....husband and wife with 2 japanese boys....so all of us took pics with them...the japanese boys sighed when we asked for a pic with them..ahah~...couldn't help it,he was tired for being a 'celebrity'...ahah...and then,that's all..


btw,i bought this japanese sweet and biscuits...haven't taste the sweet yet...but the biscuits taste like biskut beras...ahah~...i don't think my family will love the taste...but aiman definitely like it...he loves to eat anything...~

the whole day,i watched Iryu2 form episode 6 till the last episode...hoho...Asada Ryuutaro kakoii!!!!!!!!....i want to be like him!...love his confidence and words...ahah...my pak su from batu pahat told me before while i was watching the drama,he said i am easily fooled by japanese...yeah rite..~...tho maybe i am...hahaha...i have to admit,my life is influenced by some japanese stuff..there was this part in saiyuki,the part that genjyo sanzo said that he hate rain....i kinda hate rain too cos for me,rain making me depress...and then,when people asked me why i want to learn medic,i told them cos of asada ryuutarou...haha...and when people asked what martial arts i want to learn if i have any chance?..i'll answer kendo..haha..and most of the stories that wrote are mostly shojo and some bit of shounen...ahah...i'm easily 'fooled' by japanese...da.~

went to the korean class today..still trauma to drive there...i don't know when will i forget about the incident..i know a hit like that is nothing...but i still want to perfect my driving a lil bit...if i have the confidence,i can do it..hoho....

and cos of the korean class..i can spell dong bang shin gi in hangeul...hoho...coolio~~...still need some practice in pronouncing the words...

if you ask me..
i dunno which one to choose..
if i have to choose Japanese or Korean songs..
I'd choose Japanese songs..
cos for me..
Japanese songs are easier to memorize..

however..
Korean artists have the best looks...
all dbsk members are good looking..
and most of the actors are good looking...
unlike Japanese people who only care about 'i am beautiful' than 'i am handsome'..
so..
i choose Korean peeps..

japanese festival

huhu..just got back from the Japanese festival that emi invited me...it was at stadium matsushita..and it was awesome..especially when the time that we did the Japanese culture dance..it was brilliant..!!..huhu..

i dunno most of the dance steps..the Chinese peeps were like,danced like they know it by heart...huhu..i just followed them..there was this dance that we need to hold hands with other people..and at 1st i thought i didn't want to hold this Chinese girl hand..not becos of rude,but becos i'll feel awkward...but she gave her hand to me..so,i think it will be very rude to her if i refuse..so..i just hold her hand and did the japanese dance...haha...

you can increase your relationship with other people by dance...

emi held a boy's hand...lucky he was not a handsome man..
haha..

neway...like usual..and like a human nature..especially for girls like me and emi..we both looked around stalked some cute guys...and there was this one guy...very2 cute with a male kimono that he wore...i saw him...and emi also saw him...and bcos i knew emi would stop to see a better view...so..i pulled her away...but she pulled me too cos,like i said,i know she wanted to have a better view of that man's face..haha....

and later after that..on the way to go to akmali's car,i saw a cute guy with a specs...his looks will be totally like yuu shirota if he take off the specs and make his hair longer...however,he still looks good...at that time,emi was pissed about something...so..she missed that...haha..

today,i got fat,fat nags from my parents...both of them talked about study..anyway...what funny about it,was when my father nag me...he said something like"manga etc."...i was like,whoa!he knows about manga..!...ahaha...

ok2..i will study hard!

yosha,July's test will be next week.....
