one hot day. sweating like crazy just now.

oh.i ate plenty of things too.

so,

today.

went to Acu's house after Zohor. told her before that she don't need to cook anything for us,but her mother-in-law was there,so they cooked us something. i'm not sure what kind of noodle tho.i only ate them.

anyway,it was nice;meeting some cousins that i once took care off.still couldn't adapt the fact that airina is already 13years old,and already in secondary school,and around 11 years ago,i once washed her butt.how fast times gone.

oh. a little girl kissed me!! yeay!! and you dunno how much i like a kiss. she was scared at me at first,then, when i almost left,she shook my hand and kissed me.yeay!!

oh.i saw this teddy bear. and bcos my inner kiddy life suddenly appear, i took a picture of that bear like this:

then,went home.tho we stopped by at Plaza Alam Sentral to buy some breakfast stuff.

oh.ahhin and liyana baked this creampuff,and cos i had this family meeting to attend,i told them that i'll be late.so, i called liyana and asked her if she still at ahhin's house. she said she still there. so i went.

then i saw the creampuff.

and ate them.


couldn't say the taste outloud at first,but then AhHin said, "creampuff jadi creamPOOF!"

oho!

i told ahhin that it kinda tasteless,and a lil bit salty, but she already know that. she said liyana did ALL THE MISTAKES.

so....BLAME LIYANA!!!!!!!!!

but still,after that Bakery at Shah Alam Mall suddenly gone nowhere, this Creampuff that AhHin made totally remind me the days when we always walk together after school.

(missing the time when we still wear uniforms)

ah.never mind that.

we have cars now.and i have to renew my driving license in 1 week.aha.

baked choc chips cookies

last night, baked another set of chocolate chips cookies.

ok.

the cookies don't look as delicious as chipsmore or oreo or famous amos, but the cookies that my maid and i baked are wonderful pieces that already made 5 people said "SEDAP!!"

cool eh?

the people that said the word SEDAP are Haikal,Amin,Haikal's friend,Suzy(the person that massage me this morning) and my maid.

but don't judge a cookie by it shape and colour ok? you won't be a successful person if you judge a cookie or human like that.

i know something is wrong with the shape cos it doesn't have the nice round shape that a cookie should have,but i consider this cookie to be a very unique cookie that i don't think will have the same taste again when the next time i bake it.

and i'm very happy and proud to show the cookies that both me and my maid baked. cos seriously, we had plenty of problems while baking it.

1st, it was the blender. we couldn't blend the sugar.so we had to borrow Avon's(a.k.a Ikram's) blender,cos they are the closest neighbour that we know,and aside of me being ikram's friend, my maid is related with ikram's family,for being their maid's bestfriend. anyway, we borrowed their blender,and the problem gone.

then,another problem occur.the machine that we use to bake the cake(i dunno what it's called) suddenly in a bad state.dunno what the hell happened.so, we used the one that we shouldn't use,Mak Cik Azah's.oh well,it's not like she remember that machine anyway.

next,the problem that appear was:i miscalculated the number of sugars that we should put. it's not easy to explain here,so i'll just make you wonder then.

problem solve in the end, and because of the miscalculation,the cookies that should be around 60++ became 100++. maybe bcos of our not-give-up attitude and also bcos of the passion to finish the mission, the cookies taste great.hoho.


cool now. i don't need to buy Oreo after this.

ps: the reason i want to bake this cookies are becos i don't want to buy more Oreos after this.

i baked a CHOCOLATE CAKE.

i spent around rm50 just to buy baking stuff today.

you know,after the BBQ incident , i want to do something interesting and useful and long-lasting after that. so i think baking is INTERESTING, USEFUL,LONG-LASTING and DELICIOUS. so, i chose that.

so i checked the recipes for my plan, and do you remember the 'all cakes use butter' post? apparently, i suddenly found a recipe that DOESN'T USE BUTTER but use OIL instead.

oh how nice. why didn't i check Google at that time? why did i check the KELUARGA & PEREMPUAN magazines instead of Google? i google-d 'resipi kek coklat' ,and at the 1ST RESULT, appeared:

yeah yeah. blamed Amin cos he was using the internet during my boring day. and he also the one who told me that BBQ in not good for you yada yada.

anyway. i baked the chocolate cake from that site, cos many people reviewed the recipe,and it got the best response among all the chocolate cakes in the website.

so.

bought all the stuff and did the baking, around 8.30pm of 15th December.

and the result was out.

the recipe also stated the ways to make the topping, so i did as followed.

anyway, it taste ok for me. i expected something better tho. i think i put too much sodium bicarbonate. you must not play2 with sodium bicarbonate. one molecule of that will change the way your cakes look.i mean it.

my sis doesn't like it. i think she expect the cake to be like secret recipe or something. oh well.whatever. it's from MyResipi.com . what can you expect anyway.

next, i'll bake Cheese Cake.

the thing about cheese cake is, you have to buy cream cheese. but the cost of cream cheese for 250g is RM9.99. oh wow. i never knew that CHEESE can be so..ROYALTY.

have to blog fast cos that izzo and ah hin IM me all the time..and if i don't reply early...izzo will BUZZ at me...and now she's talking about don't want to compare SPM results...cool!...cos i don't like it too...but naturally,it will happen...

so today..baked another cake..a chocolate cake...got it from the internet...again~...but this time,i looked at the comment under the recipe of the cake..and people said the cake is their favourite...and the one who did the recipe said she change a lil bit of the original recipe to make the cake more delicious...so i think the recipe can be trusted...

asked my maid to buy butter and the sugar while she went to mall...she went there alright,but she didn't buy what i ask cos she didn't have enough money..then my sis told me that she bought many food for her relatives in Indon(she'll meet them cos her dad passed away and she'll fly to Indon later this morning)....and so at 1st i was like,"weyh~~?"..but to think nicely,i think it's ok..so i asked my dad to send me to mall later after that...and cool,bought the ingredients..and we baked the cake after we arrive home...cos Friday night in Malaysia is very different than the US cos the telly don't have good program to watch on Friday's night....

and the result?...it was better than the kek pelangi..the kek pelangi was horrible...this time it was alright..the cake was moist...but maybe cos i was too worried about the result of the cake,i couldn't enjoy eating it...ahah...

and my dad said he wants to eat it..so i let him...and he didn't finish it...he said the cake is not fluffy enough...but he didn't say the cake is horrible aite..?...so...dun mind..

disaster cake,new friend

so...we baked a cake today...we baked 'kek pelangi'..my late mum always bake the cake when she was alive...when she baked,the cake was marvelous...very2 delicious..everybody will ask for more and many people will ask her to bake again and also asked for the recipe..but eventhough the person asked for the recipe,they can't do it as better as my mum...

anyway...cos my mum's recipe file disappear(i really want to know who the hell steal that file that full of awesome recipes)..so i have to search the recipe at the internet...and so i found one...the recipe was good cos i have all the stuff at home...but! when i bake the cake with my maid and my sis,the cake was a disaster..the only person who love the cake is aiman and i know he love it very much cos the cake only taste of powder and he really love it cos the cake also dissolve easily on his tiny tongue...cool~~~....so...what a day...lucky that i didn't waste my money to buy the stuff...and i know that recipe was wrong..but my bad,cos chose an easy recipe rather that the result of it...

so i have a new online friend...found her from CrunchyRoll...her name is Sang Xiong..i asked her is she chinese....then she said she's not..she said she is Hmong...i was like,what's that?...so i search at wiki what's the thing...and wiki said a community that live at the southern of china,also migrate to Laos and Thailand...and then,i asked her stuff like about her culture and so on cos i really love this culture stuff...then she said this is the first time that people asked about her culture...btw,she live in US...then,she told me that there are Hmong live in the jungle,and some people killed the Hmong and the tv shown the corpses and all and this happen cos of the war...and she said Hmong was a mix of chinese with other race(i'm not sure about this) and they got mix with it cos of war and you know,when war happens,woman will be like a sex-slave and that's when Hmong exist...i was like wow when she describe about it...and she also said that the owner of China is not chinese but hmong...when she said this,i was like"this kinda like hindraf" and also kinda like the chinese dynasty cos the Han people thinks that china was theirs(got this from the Dynasty Warriors)...but i didn't say it to her though...so to make the mood lighter,i asked her how she got into DBSK cos i know her from cr cos she is a DBSK fan...and so she told me that she only know them for about 7 months and 21 days...hoho...she counts!
